John Frieda have recently posted a series of video tutorials on their You Tube page - John Frieda Hair Tutorials. There are tutorials to sort all tastes and hair types and I've had great fun watching through them. They are short, informative and not at all patronising. They are inspirational, particularly for hair n00bs like me. I am very unadventurous when it comes to my hair but when someone else has a play and creates something I nearly always like it and wish I could replicate it myself.
I will be giving the Body Blow Dry tutorial a go next week and will let you know how I get on! For now, here are some of my favourite videos...
One of the biggest tips I have gained from this range of tutorials is to apply mousse to the brush and apply. I always used to pump it into my hand and use my finger tips to spread it through my hair but that often left me with crusty patches of hair that needed a thorough brush through. If you use a brush to apply it, it ensures application is even and it is far less messy too. These videos have great little tips in them!
