Something a little different here on Oh! Panda today. I am a keen gamer and my fiancé is an even bigger gaming geek! I have always enjoyed gaming (my Dad's ZX Spectrum was my first venture into gaming!) and was really pleased to get a chance to offer you this awesome competition.
Hands up if you love Grease! I have to say it is one of my favourite films. It's one of those films I can put on and instantly feel happy and I sing along like nobody's watching every single time.
"Grease brings the 50’s back to life and straight to your living room where players can turn up their style and release their inner rock ‘n roller!
Grease combines the movies’ timeless music and memorable choreography with motion sensor technology to deliver the ultimate singing and dancing experience. With fifteen tracks from the original film and five extra bonus classic rock ‘n roll tracks, two singers and two dancers may compete at any one time and a total of eight players can compete in Party Mode. Grease is definitely a guaranteed party-starter. "
I can imagine it now, a few bottles of rose, maybe a nail painting sesh and an evening of Grease singing and dancing. Sounds like fun to me! You can find out more about Grease by visiting the website - http://www.greasethegame.com/

I may have done a little squeal when I saw this post! It's like it is calling to me, as I bought a kinect about a month ago but only have the game that came with it, and I was watching Grease on Sunday! So I think you know which game I would go for ;-)
ReplyDeleteFavourite game of all time....I'm torn, I really am. My very first gaming system was a Master System 2, which I loved with all my heart and spent HOURS on playing the all time classic - Sonic! Did ANYONE not play Sonic?! But for more recent games I am totally loving Mass Effect & Mass Effect 2, I love the way they have really created another world, and it's not just shooting things, there is taking to people and discovering things.... but with some gun action too! It gives you everything you want from a game, for me personally.
So, which one out of the two.... well as much as I love Mass Effect I have to go with my first love, and the thing that got me into gaming in the first place - so Sonic wins!
I liked you on facebook, and will also go and tweet now!

Oh! Zumba Fitness please! Me and my brother had a ZX Spectrum when I was little... Manic Miner and The Great Escape were my favs! Oh and an Adrian Mole one!
ReplyDeleteMum and Dad wouldn't buy us an Atari so I used to stay round my friend's after school to play The Blues Brothers hahaha... thennnn, we got a Sega Megadrive (2nd hand out the paper of course!) and I loved Urban Strike.
Thennnnn, we got a proper PC and I fell in love with adventure games like Monkey Island (murray!!), Grim Fandango (still love), Nancy Drew Series (blush) etc etc.
I used to play 1st Person Shooters like Max Payne, No One Lives Forever, Hitman, Mafia etc. but all with God mode on 'cos I'm really a bit of a girl.
Nowadays I suffer through Leila playing Peppa Pig on my DS whilst sobbing at my the loss of my mis-spent youth.
Hmm, total fav is really hard to pick! I'm gonna have to say In Memoriam because I still sometimes think about how chilled it used to make me feel to get an 'email' from a very clever, dastardly 'killer'.
Essay... sorry!!!
